 Your privacy is important to us. At Vodvoice we value the privacy or our users and customers. We have established standards to maintain and guard against unauthorized access to user information.

The following policy ("Privacy Policy") outlines how we collect, store and use personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all software programs and services made available by Vodvoice including, but not limited to mobile games, downloadable/installable games for handheld devices, personal computing device or gaming consoles, and games and services accessed by means of a browser or other online communication method (the “Application”). The Application also includes updates and upgrades that replace or supplement the Application in any respect. In addition, the Application includes accompanying manual(s), packaging and other written materials, electronic or on-line materials and documentation and any and all copies of such software and its materials. 

Children: 
We take seriously our responsibility to our many young consumers. Our apps have been designed to be accessible, safe for kids of all ages, and to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Children under the age of 13 and their parents should review the section of this policy called "Note to Parents About Children's Privacy" which discusses the special steps we take for young children who use our software.

What personal information does VODVOICE process?
When you visit, use, or navigate VODVOICE’s Services, VODVOICE may process personal information depending on how you interact with VODVOICE and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information that VODVOICE collects are:

In what situations and with which parties does VODVOICE share personal information?
VODVOICE does not share your information with third parties or in specific situations, unless legally bound to do so by legitimate legal authorities.

How does VODVOICE keep your information safe?
VODVOICE has organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so VODVOICE cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat VODVOICE’s security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DOES VODVOICE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to VODVOICE:
VODVOICE collects personal information that you provide to VODVOICE.
VODVOICE collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to VODVOICE when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about VODVOICE or VODVOICE’s products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact VODVOICE. · Personal Information Provided by You.
The personal information that VODVOICE collects depends on the context of your interactions with VODVOICE and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

Sensitive Information:
VODVOICE does not process sensitive information.

Payment Data:
VODVOICE may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Apple Store or Play Store. · All personal information that you provide to VODVOICE must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify VODVOICE of any changes to such personal information.

2. HOW DOES VODVOICE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: VODVOICE processes your information to provide, improve, and administer VODVOICE’s Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. VODVOICE may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. VODVOICE processes your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with VODVOICE’s Services, including: o To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. VODVOICE may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order. To save or protect an individual's vital interest. VODVOICE may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm. 

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DOES VODVOICE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: VODVOICE only processes your personal information when VODVOICE believe it is necessary and VODVOICE has a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill VODVOICE’s contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill VODVOICE’s legitimate business interests. 

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you. o The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require VODVOICE to explain the valid legal bases VODVOICE rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, VODVOICE may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information: Consent. VODVOICE may process your information if you have given VODVOICE permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time. o Legal Obligations.

VODVOICE may process your information where VODVOICE believes it is necessary for compliance with VODVOICE’s legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend VODVOICE’s legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which VODVOICE is involved. Vital Interests.
VODVOICE may process your information where VODVOICE believes it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person. 

If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you. o VODVOICE may process your information if you have given VODVOICE specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time. In some exceptional cases, VODVOICE may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including, for example: If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DOES VODVOICE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? · In Short: VODVOICE DOES NOT share your personal information with any third parties. However, VODVOICE may need to share your personal information in the following situations: Business Transfers. VODVOICE may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. HOW LONG DOES VODVOICE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
· In Short: VODVOICE keeps your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy notice unless otherwise required by law. VODVOICE will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require VODVOICE to keep your personal information for longer than six (6) months past the start of the idle period of the user's account. When VODVOICE has no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, VODVOICE will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then VODVOICE will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DOES VODVOICE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
· In Short: VODVOICE aims to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. VODVOICE has implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information VODVOICE processes. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so VODVOICE cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat VODVOICE’s security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although VODVOICE will do VODVOICE’s best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from VODVOICE’s Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence. In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws.

(i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information,
(ii) to request rectification or erasure;
(iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information;
(iv) if applicable, to data portability; and
(v) not to be subject to automated decision-making.

In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting VODVOICE by using the contact details provided in the following section.

HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?
VODVOICE will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe VODVOICE is unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your blank Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority . If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Withdrawing your consent: If VODVOICE is relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting VODVOICE by using the contact details provided in the section below or updating your preferences . However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
Log in to your account settings and update your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, VODVOICE will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, VODVOICE may retain some information in VODVOICE’s files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce VODVOICE’s legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
· Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT" ) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized . As such, VODVOICE does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that VODVOICE must follow in the future, VODVOICE will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. California law requires VODVOICE to let you know how VODVOICE responds to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, VODVOICE does not respond to them at this time.

9. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information VODVOICE maintains about you and how VODVOICE has processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to VODVOICE’s processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. M. VODVOICE may also collect other personal information outside of these categories through instances where you interact with VODVOICE in person, online, or by phone or mail in the context of: a. Receiving help through VODVOICE’s customer support channels; Participation in customer surveys or contests; and Facilitation in the delivery of VODVOICE’s Services and to respond to your inquiries. VODVOICE will use and retain the collected personal information as needed to provide the Services or for: Category M - 6 months
California Privacy Rights (CPRA)

This Section supplements the information contained in VODVOICE’s Policy and applies solely to Users who reside in the State of California. VODVOICE adopt this notice to comply with the CCPA. Any terms used in this Section have the same meaning as defined in the CCPA. Please note that VODVOICE may claim legal exemptions for certain types of PI and certain of VODVOICE’s Services from all or certain parts of the CCPA.

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their PI. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights. In this section “you“ or “your“ refers to California residents. Under the CCPA, VODVOICE are required to disclose the categories of sources from whom VODVOICE collect PI, and the third parties with whom VODVOICE shares it -- which VODVOICE already has explained above in Section “WHAT INFORMATION DOES VODVOICE COLLECTION“, Section “HOW DOES VODVOICE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION“, and Section “When VODVOICE Disclose Information to Third Parties“.
Only you as a California resident or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your PI.
The verifiable consumer request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom VODVOICE collected PI or an authorized representative. VODVOICE will verify your request by asking you to provide information related to your interactions with VODVOICE. VODVOICE will not otherwise ask for PI from you that VODVOICE would not otherwise maintain as part of VODVOICE providing VODVOICE’s Services.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows VODVOICE to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
VODVOICE cannot respond to your request or provide you with PI if VODVOICE cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the PI relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an Account with VODVOICE. VODVOICE will only use PI provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

To exercise your rights you can always request it to VODVOICE by sending an email to support@vodvoice.com or by following the steps described below:

Right to access PI. You may be entitled to receive information regarding the categories of PI VODVOICE collected, the sources from which VODVOICE collected PI, the purposes for which VODVOICE collected and shared PI, the categories of PI that VODVOICE share and the categories of third parties to whom the PI was shared with, and the categories of PI that VODVOICE disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months. You can exercise this right by requesting it by sending an email to support@vodvoice.com.

Right to data portability. You may be entitled to receive a copy of your electronic PI in a readily usable format so you can transmit this data to another organization. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. You can exercise this right by requesting it by sending an email to support@vodvoice.com.

Right to Correct. You have the right to request that VODVOICE correct inaccurate PI that VODVOICE maintains about you.

Right to deletion. You may be entitled to request that VODVOICE delete the PI that VODVOICE has collected from you. VODVOICE will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, in compliance with applicable laws. Please note, however, that VODVOICE may need or be required to keep such information for VODVOICE’s legitimate business purposes or to comply with applicable law. Additionally you may cancel your account at any time by selecting the “Wheel” icon and then selecting “Settings.” Under “Settings” you will see “Remove Account” which will allow you to delete your TKO account.

Right to opt-out of certain sharing with third parties. VODVOICE does not sell your personal information to third-parties. VODVOICE only discloses certain information to VODVOICE’s service providers when it is necessary to fulfill VODVOICE’s business purposes and in accordance with this Policy.

DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

Even though VODVOICE does not share your information in exchange for compensation, if you are a California resident, you have the right to request VODVOICE to not disclose your PI to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

You can exercise such right to opt-out by sending an email to support@vodvoice.com.

“DO NOT TRACK“ SIGNALS

VODVOICE does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT“) signals received from web browsers. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser. If you enable DNT functionality on any device, some of the Services, including paid Services or VODVOICE, LLC subscriptions, may become unstable.

Will your information be shared with anyone else?
VODVOICE may disclose your personal information with VODVOICE’s service providers pursuant to a written contract between VODVOICE and each service provider.

WHEN AND WITH WHOM DOES VODVOICE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
VODVOICE may use your personal information for VODVOICE’s own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of your personal information. VODVOICE has not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. VODVOICE will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
“Your Rights" You have rights under certain US state data protection laws. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, VODVOICE may decline your request as permitted by law.
These rights include:
Right to know whether or not VODVOICE is processing your personal data o Right to access your personal data.
Right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data
Right to request the deletion of your personal data
Right to obtain a copy of the personal data you previously shared with VODVOICE
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
Right to opt out of the processing of your personal data if it is used for targeted advertising (or sharing as defined under California’s privacy law) , the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects ("profiling" )

Right to obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which VODVOICE has disclosed personal data (as permitted by applicable law, including California's and Delaware's privacy law)
Right to obtain a list of specific third parties to which VODVOICE has disclosed personal data (as permitted by applicable law, including Oregon’s privacy law)
Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal data (as permitted by applicable law, including California’s privacy law) o Right to opt out of the collection of sensitive data and personal data collected through the operation of a voice or facial recognition feature (as permitted by applicable law, including Florida’s privacy law)

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
To exercise these rights, you can contact VODVOICE by emailing VODVOICE at support@vodvoice.com, or by referring to the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. VODVOICE may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Upon receiving your request, VODVOICE will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom VODVOICE has the information in VODVOICE’s system. VODVOICE will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if VODVOICE cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by VODVOICE, VODVOICE may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. If you submit the request through an authorized agent, VODVOICE may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.

Under certain US state data protection laws, if VODVOICE declines to take action regarding your request, you may appeal VODVOICE’s decision by emailing VODVOICE at support@vodvoice.com. VODVOICE will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits VODVOICE’s users who are California residents to request and obtain from VODVOICE, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) VODVOICE disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which VODVOICE shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to VODVOICE by using the contact details provided in the section "

10. DOES VODVOICE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, VODVOICE will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. VODVOICE may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this privacy notice. If VODVOICE makes material changes to this privacy notice, VODVOICE may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. VODVOICE encourages you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how VODVOICE is protecting your information.

12. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA VODVOICE COLLECTS FROM YOU?
Based on the applicable laws of your country or state of residence in the US , you may have the right to request access to the personal information VODVOICE collects from you, details about how VODVOICE has processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to VODVOICE’s processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please send an email to support@vodvoice.com or simply go to the TKO App “Wheel” icon and select “Settings.” Under “Settings” you will see “Remove Account” which will allow you to delete your TKO App account.

An account established for the TKO App can be deleted at any time, for any reason and by any account holder. Upon the deletion of the account, VODVOICE will not retain any information associated with the users account on unless otherwise required by law. Please review item 5 above.
